If you ever receive any spam e-mail you think is sent by us, no matter what it says in it, it is NOT sent by us. Sometimes, for whatever reasons, individuals try to harm our business by sending out spam letters with our e-mail as the sender address. Again, this is never us. Fortune Labs tries its best to locate and prosecute these offenders. If you receive spam you think is by us, copy the e-mail header (right-click and Properties) and send it to us. It contains the real sender's IP and might help law enforcement find the person.
Don't be fooled by our cheerful public image. When it comes to security we are very serious. This website is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layers), so any information you give to us is encrypted by strong 56-key / 128-key RSA encryption, impossible for hackers to break. When your information arrives at our server, it is encrypted again. Even if some very very determined hacker were able to locate and break into the computer, evade firewall and administrative detection, and guess the root password, then guess the database password, all he would see of your information is something like this:
